Meet our team

Bzhwen Kadir
Bzhwen has 10+ years of experience leading strategy, operational excellence, and complex business/digital transformations across manufacturing, operations, and IT. He is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, a former lecturer in Work- and Service-System Design at the Technical University of Denmark (DTU), and an instructor in Lean Six Sigma and Leading Digitalization in pharmaceutical production.
Agzam Idrissov
Agzam is a systems-visualization and decision-support expert with a PhD in Engineering Systems and an MSc in Computing Science. He has 10+ years turning complex engineering and organizational data into actionable system maps and analytics. He is an entrepreneur and build and lead businesses and technical startups.
